We're Lance and Cecilia

Lance and Cecilia, the team behind NomadLink Upfitters, bring together technical expertise, business experience, and a shared passion for adventure. With roots stretching from Anchorage, Alaska, to Paso Robles, California, their journey led them to Las Vegas, where they built a shop designed to support van owners traveling throughout the Southwest.

Lance brings more than two decades of experience in the 12-volt industry and audio engineering, specializing in electrical systems, connectivity, lighting, audio, comfort upgrades, and custom van solutions. Cecilia brings an entrepreneurial background and a customer-focused approach that keeps each project organized, thoughtful, and personal.

Together, they have created NomadLink Upfitters as a trusted one-stop destination for van upgrades, repairs, warranty support, and custom modifications. Their mission is simple: help van owners travel with more comfort, confidence, and capability.




The Birth of NomadLink


NomadLink began with a spontaneous road trip in their brand new empty van along California’s Highway 1 during the pandemic. For Cecilia and Lance, what started as a much-needed passion project quickly became something more: a new way of living centered on freedom, flexibility, and the open road.

Their growing love for van life eventually led Lance to RoamRig, where he became one of the company’s leading installers and developed a deep understanding of what van owners need from both their vehicles and the people working on them. 

Built from their own experience on the road, the company reflects Cecilia and Lance’s shared commitment to thoughtful service, genuine connection, convenience and making every step of the van life journey easier.

Because adventure should begin with excitement, not logistics.

Cecilia brings an entrepreneurial background, strong business sense, and a customer-focused approach that helps make every project feel organized, personal, and approachable.

Together, they built NomadLink Upfitters to be more than just a service shop. It is a trusted resource for van owners who want reliable upgrades, thoughtful solutions, and real-world guidance from people who actually live the lifestyle. From Starlink mounts, audio and security upgrades, additional lighting, heater and A/C work, Revel electrical and plumbing upgrades, water systems, filtration, warranty service, and custom modifications, every project is approached with care, experience, and attention to how the van will actually be used on the road.

Our Commitment


At NomadLink Upfitters, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all upgrades. We also do not believe every van needs every upgrade.

Even on our own van, we do not run every product, system, or modification available. Why? Because every van owner travels differently. Some people need more power. Some need better storage. Some need stronger connectivity, better lighting, a cleaner water system, or a few comfort upgrades that make life on the road easier. The right setup depends on your goals, your travel style, your timeline, and your budget.

That is why we like to start with a conversation.

Give us a call and let’s chat about how you use your van, where you are headed, what is working, and what is not. From there, we can walk through options at different price points and help you decide what makes the most sense right now. Some upgrades may be worth doing immediately. Others can be planned for later when the timing, budget, or travel schedule is right.
